With over 70 years of experience and a strong presence in plumbing industry, Mico was seeking to expand its offerings and provide an enhanced online experience to its trade customers, such as plumbers and builders.
Our team collaborated closely with Mico to identify the critical pain points experienced by their trade customers.
We used SAP Commerce Cloud and Spartacus UI to develop a feature-rich platform that seamlessly integrates with Mico’s existing systems and offers an intuitive user experience. Mico’s trade customers have praised our portal for its ease of use and comprehensive functionality.
