Build a Firm UX Foundation
After conducting UX reviews for e-commerce leaders worldwide, we have noticed most lack a strong UX foundation. A firm UX Foundation consists of the basic building blocks of an eCommerce experience: navigation, search, page layout, PDP, and cart and checkout.
The idea of having a strong UX foundation is the same as having benchmarks in user testing. Continual improvements are only possible when you’re confident of your starting point.
