Augusta Sportswear Brands is an ongoing success story. Founded by three employees in 1977, it has grown into one of the largest suppliers of sports apparel in USA. With more than 800 styles, ranging from blank team uniforms to corporate apparel, the organization serves individuals, sports teams, and corporations across the country. The company’s whole ordering process was chaotic and complex, and this resulted in a high cart abandonment rate. The goal was to make the entire user experience more intuitive, fun and a better reflection of the brand.
Royal Cyber partnered with Augusta Sportswear Brands Cyber and took a step back to reconsider everything from navigation to page design. The user experience had to be re-imagined making it simple and intuitive. We started by making the category structure more logical and then moved the focus to the Product List Page and the PDP
