Challenges
- Videos hosted on Brightcove’s platform were not available publically.
- Ecommerce platforms had to link the videos to their websites after hosting them on the client’s platform as the platform-website integration was not readily available to Magento merchants.
- The client wanted more flexibility with options such as bulk upload of videos and the ability to assign the hosted videos to the desired category and products.
How We Did It
Royal Cyber created a custom Magento plugin to integrate with Brightcove’s Video Cloud Catalog.
Custom options/links were created related to Brightcove’s integration flow in Business Manager at the Magento level.
