Adoption Blueprints

Adoption blueprints are the specific and measurable results, that an organization needs to accomplish their growth. Adoption blueprints can be used to address your organizational needs for achieving business growth. Each blueprint focuses on a strategic priority. It suggests applications and plugins best suited for your business goal. Adoption blueprints display the applications and features available to you and the recommended solutions to achieve business goals. These are specific and measurable results that an organization needs to accomplish their growth. You can target strategic business improvements with a set of apps and features.

Note: Adoption blueprints can also be referred as IT Adoption Journeys. The default version of Admin Center refers Adoption blueprints as IT Adoption Journeys. The latest version of the Admin Center application is available in the ServiceNow Store.

The recommended applications and features have been arranged in the order of impact in the process of giving you a measurable result. They can also be referred as “crawl”, “walk”, “run”, and “fly” phases respectively.

    • Recommended and optional applications are in an ideal order based on your current scenario for a selected adoption blueprint.
    • View the progress of the number of recommended applications installed on the adoption blueprint cards

Note: The applications and features mentioned in different tracks are only recommended to be installed.
Some of the recommended applications and features in each track may already be installed in your instance and not require any additional action.

In each of the tracks, the applications are mentioned in the following order:

  1. Recommended applications that are not yet installed
  2. Recommended applications that are already installed but need to be updated
  3. Recommended applications that are already installed in your instance.

Note: The recommended applications don’t need to be installed at all or in the order listed.

Maturity Levels of Applications:
