The client faced difficulties in generating a comprehensive and impactful statistics report.

To support in-depth analysis, it was crucial for the report to include filter options for custom date ranges.

They required a report that aggregated the total number of orders and deliveries by product category, with clear visibility into the status for each item.

This report needed to provide a breakdown of data by individual accounts, offering insights into performance across different customer segments.

Spartacus was configured to make API calls to SAP CC using embedded URLs (e.g., for orders or deliveries) to obtain the Looker reports dashboard URL, facilitating smooth data access.

To enhance security, Looker keys were not stored within SAP CC. Instead, SAP CC dynamically retrieved Looker secret keys from Azure Key Vault, using them to securely generate URL signatures.

This solution centered on the seamless integration of Looker BI Reports with SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP CC) and Spartacus.
