Challenges

After evaluating the new business requirements, the client decided to migrate to Adobe Campaign Standard. But they faced challenges in implementing their campaigns on Adobe Campaign Standard and running cross channel/multi-segment campaigns and automating them.

How We Did It

Royal Cyber created multi-channel campaigns (around 100 journeys, which include SMSs and emails) in Adobe Campaign Standard from scratch, using CRDs that were used for Oracle Responsys. We were also responsible for:

End-to-end delivery of Digital campaigns that include planning, email and SMS creatives and content, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, delivery, and reporting.
Auditing the existing setup of the instance. Analyze and recommend the best approach to practice.
Analyzing email campaign results, including the audience, offers, creative, deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion to improve campaign performance.
Automating recurring campaigns on a daily basis.
