SBG has operated successfully as a direct wholesaler, specializing in scientific workwear by providing a range of branded products to universities and other markets for over 15 years. The client was looking to rejuvenate their eCommerce website to provide customized offerings to their individual retail and wholesale customers. They were also looking to improve their eCommerce strategies to achieve digital maturity in the retail and wholesale market.

     

    By partnering with Royal Cyber, the client developed a solution that enables Source SBG to go live with a single seamless eCommerce storefront, using the BigCommerce platform. We assessed their websites in depth, performed a gap analysis between their current and desired features, and performed functional feature enhancements to their webpage. In addition to the Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, Channel management and Customer communication, we also addressed the non-functional requirements and third-party applications integrations to their existing system.
