Introduction: The Us-based bank holding company specializing in credit cards, auto loans, banking, and savings accounts headquartered in the US. They wanted to upgrade its on-premise B2B tool and automate the onboarding process.

Business Challenges: The client had an on-premise Sterling B2B system along with its other backend application. The challenge was to automate the onboarding process while moving to a new infrastructure and reduce the costs while doing so.
