The client had a fractured online presence leading to them lagging amongst market players in similar industry sectors. Customers’ orders were being placed within branches and via phone calls.

By partnering with Royal Cyber, Fletcher Building was able to integrate their back-end systems through Hybris services and provide a uniformed integration capability for both Mobile and Web-based front-end systems to connect to the Hybris server for data on products and customers.
