The client is the market leader in the home improvement retail business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, providing a wide range of products including electrical appliances, furniture, home improvement solutions, and more. In addition to its online presence, the client also operates offline stores where customers can purchase hardware and other items.
The client aimed to upgrade their eCommerce website to provide proactive, personalized customer experiences with SAP Commerce Cloud Upgrade 2211 version.
One of the main objectives was to leverage SAP Commerce Cloud Upgrade's latest features like enhanced performance and scalability, improved security and regulatory compliance to enhance connectivity and efficiency, supported by SAP.
The team had to thoroughly explore each functionality and page of the client's application to gather necessary information before proceeding.
Additionally, numerous integrations with third-party tools were involved, some of which were not functioning properly, prompting a thorough investigation.

Despite encountering challenges, Royal Cyber successfully completed the SAP Commerce Cloud Upgrade version 2005 to 2211.
During the upgrade, we resolved several major issues including search engine optimization, localization, promotion, pricing adjustments, PLP sync-up, and bundle product concerns.
Additionally, we proposed implementing a Spartacus composable storefront with a single codebase throughout the application to enhance consistency and efficiency.
