The client is an American public furniture and electronics rent-to-own company based in Plano, Texas. The company was incorporated in 1986 and operates huge company-owned stores in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. They account for a good market share of the rent-to-own industry in the United States based on the store counts. Rent-A-Center’s previously existing website was suffering from some performance issues.

Royal Cyber partnered with Rent-A-Center and conducted a review to identify the root cause. Having done so, several recommendations were suggested which, when actioned, dramatically improved the performance of the site. Royal Cyber went on to design the dashboards that monitored the site performance, so the remedial action could be initiated early and effectively.
