Founded in 2011, the client is a major retailer in Saudi Arabia with a geographic footprint in six cities spanning the Central, Eastern, and Western provinces. With a large online presence, they are a pioneer in the concept of retail homeware sector and a leading manufacturer of household items. Their main goal is to provide customers with the best products from around the world, designed and selected by local designers and a highly experienced purchasing team with multi-cultural backgrounds. The client was looking to review and asses their eCommerce Web App.

Business Challenges

The client recently launched a new Web App to complement their existing responsive eCommerce site.
While the app was attracting a significant amount of traffic, they faced reliability issues and opportunities to enhance the functionality, including UX and UI development.

Business Solution

The client partnered with Royal Cyber to conduct a Digital Assessment of the app and followed the standard Nine-Point Assessment
Reviewed the Web App using the pillars of eCommerce which include, Functionality, Technology, and UI/UX
Provided a report summarizing the findings and recommendations to improve the Web App
Produced an interactive prototype illustrating how the recommendations would look when applied to the Web App
