As a Project Manger you will be actively involved in managing solution delivery teams comprised of architects, implementers and documentation specialists. You will also coordinate extensive interaction with end clients as well as Encode sales and technical delivery teams. Considerable travel may be required as determined by the location of end-client engagement.

• 6+ years experience as an information technology project management professional
• Knowledge of IBMproduct suites including WebSphere, Lotus and or Tivoli Security helpful
• Must have working knowledge of automated Project Management tools such as MS Project
• Project management certification(s) desirable
• Strong problem solving capabilities and the ability to learn new technologies independently
• Strong communication skills,both verbal and written
• Well proven facilitation skills and natural ability to gain consensus
• Comfortable with managing multiple priorities
• Politically savvy when working on customer engagements
• B.S. Computer Science or equivalent. M.S. a plus
• Professional certification a plus
