Requirments
- Strong JAVA/J2EE skills;
- Experience with object oriented development using UML;
- Strong knowledge in Java, EJB, RMI, JDBC, JNDI, JSP, Servlets, XML, HTML.
- 4 years of working experience with Struts or some other framework to implement J2EE based web application.
- Good understanding of Open Source technologies like Ant, Log4J, JUnit etc
- Database experience with SQL server;
- Knowledge of design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, etc.;
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSL and other internet technologies a must;
- Experience using Rational Software Architect is preferred;
- Excellent oral & written communication MUST
